This picture was from the Pentagon. The picture was taken outside Secretary of Defense Casper Weinberger's office when General PX Kelley was sworn in as new Commandant. In the picture I am on the right of Commandant Kelley. There was a small party that included other Generals and his family.

Change of Command. 1984 I am on the right, we all marched front and center I was carrying the "B" Co. guide on. 1st Sgt Sanders received it from me he passed it to Capt. Sward, (On Right), he passed to oncoming Company Commander Capt. Ezell on left in picture.
